Rosacea
Triggers
Rosacea can flare after drinking a
glass of wine, spending time outdoors on a bitterly cold day, or
exercising. Anything that causes rosacea to flare is called a
“trigger.” While there are many known triggers for rosacea, what
triggers rosacea in one person may not trigger it in another. The
key to avoiding flare-ups from triggers is to learn what triggers
your rosacea and try to avoid the triggers.
The following links take you to pages that offer tips from
dermatologists that can help you deal with common rosacea triggers
without severely limiting your life.

Dermatologists recommend
that rosacea sufferers keep a journal to find out what
triggers their rosacea. Be sure to note foods, skin care
products, activities, and even medications that cause
your rosacea to flare. |
